How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. It will depend on the final weight of your package and the destination. You can view the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order. 

What payment types do you accept?

I accept credit cards and PayPal when ordering through the website. If you are purchasing at a market or fair, I accept cash, credit cards and PayPal.

When will my order ship out?

Standard stock materials are packaged and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

Custom orders may take up to two weeks to create, package, and ship. 

What if there is a problem with my order?

If I have sent you the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please email me at katie@simplystatedcarddesign.com and I will be able to help you further.
